Operating on raw material:

The rice is placed in the first operation zone (the loading area), proportions of the rice are taken from this zone through a pulling thong, transferring and uploading the desired amount of rice. This thong is in a spinning wheel to place the amount of rice in the next phase.

Destoning :

Rye rice is cleaned by husk-removal from paddy rice and separate the husk, unhulled paddy.

Paddu Cleaning (Alluvium Removal):

Alluvium is removed from rye rice via density quality.

Paddy Husker :

Using 2 husker machines which automatically remove husk from paddy rice and separate the husk, unhulled paddy and brown rice.

Sifting:

Sifting Cargo rice through sifter machine to separate Cargo, small, green, lime grains that badly affect the produce's quality.

Lime removal and whitening phase :

Using 2 lime removal cylinders (2 whitening machines) to remove and separate small, unwanted grains and thus, have high quality Cargo rice as a produce ready to be processed in the following phases.

Polishing phase :

Polishing rice grain using (polishing machine) and making it white and pure

White rice ventilation phase:

Rice from the previous phase is dried by the fluidize cylinder-dryer i.e. exposing it to the largest amount of air while spinning inside the cylinder

Breakge percentage specification :

This removing and separating breakage phase to get natural white, pure rice, white rice with specified breakage percentage, or following the client's standard specifications.

Breakage separation phase:

( Zinba) cylinder is used in this phase to separate whole grains from breakage and add them to the whole grain storehouses. Also obtaining high quality grain breakage and store it in the breakage storehouse.

Automatic rice refining:

Rice is refined automatically and any impurities found are removed.

Rice polishing:

The (drill) oil cylinder is used in this phase to polish rice (natural white rice) and obtaining Camolino rice with its grades 1, 2, 3, etc. this process is done according to the client's demands and following the standard specifications. Then the produce is stored in the Camolino storehouses.

Produce storage :

The produce is unloaded in this phase from the storehouses and is put in healthy, dry, well-ventilated storehouses.

Marketing and Sales :

The produce is marketed for, sold, examined, and delivered to the client in this phase.
